"Absolutely incompetent! We have 2 vehicles covered with them and brought our 17 year old son on for his own policy. They said he would recieve a discount for good grades. We sent the grades to them and they said they didnt recieve them so we drove them to the office. Next thing we know his insurance rates doubled. Trying to get a response about it took multiple tries. When they finally did acknowledge they recieved them they made the corrections but the payments were still about $50 more a month than they were to begin with. We attempted to get answers but they jist blamed it on "the system"! Further more we attempted to get his payments on auto pay but apparently that was too tall an order for them. We end up getting a cancelation notice if payment isnt recieved by __ date. We called and set up the auto pay and thought "all is well". Well turns out they never debited our account and cancelled his insurance without any further correspondence. These people suck! Go find someone else who actually values your business. Im cancelling our other policies and going somewhere else!"

"They have my policy all screwed up. Been with them for years and ever since Jason left, I can't get reliable service. Currently my policy is late because the agents their added my car wrong and it's been over 2 or 3 weeks and still not corrected.
