State Farm® Insurance Agent Jabin Niles

"UPDATE: After I posted this review THEY CANCELLED MY ACTIVE INSURANCE WITH NO AUTHORIZATION FROM ME. Now I have no active car insurance. I called them and they "put in the wrong date for the cancellation" and corrected it at least. Well, it took 2 weeks and a letter from the DMV but eventually they reversed the cancellation. 0 Stars, do NOT use this state farm rep. I got minimum required car insurance for ~$35/mo. Over the next 2 years with no traffic stop whatsoever, they gradually jacked my rates to now $66/mo. Over the 2 years I email several times saying I had no accident, this is too much, you double my rates. They say this is all you get, no better deal, even if you threaten to leave. So finally I had it, I call Progressive and get a quote for $27/mo for the same thing. I email this quote to Jabin's office with a note not to renew my policy as I have found a better deal. THEN, he does not call me, he deigns to have some State Farm rep in a call center far away call me, so that she can schedule for me to take time out of my day to go see him. No reason or explanation given... So I say no thank you, I have no reason to meet with him, now that I have done the leg work and found a better deal and leave, NOW you deign to have ME come to YOU to maybe offer me a better deal in hopes of keeping me? This is the most elitist abysmal service I have ever experienced, you are just a pay pig to them and they don't care even about preserving their own revenue by offering reasonable competitive deals and services. I will never use State Farm again due to the horrible experience with THIS SPECIFIC REP. I hope you learn to give your customers better experiences if you don't want reviews like this. Go on and READ the other reviews, other people say the same thing as me, they continuously jack up your rates well above the competition once they thing they have you on auto pay not paying attention. They have been doing this for a decade. There is a review from 8 yrs ago of them doing the same thing. STAY AWAY! Don't make my mistake."

"I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone after 14 yrs of using statefarm we had an accident claim and they canceled all of out policies without notification. almost resulting in driver license getting suspended. they will never take any responsibility. or show any loyalty to there customers. ps don't put your children on your policies."
